Iliopsoas Release / TRE

The iliopsoas, the main flexor of the hip joint, is an important location for storing unprocessed emotions. Through the Tension Release Exercises (TRE) developed by David Berceli, the tension of the iliopsoas and surrounding muscles is broken down by vibration. This session is often combined with Breathwork and/or with Massage Therapy where appropriate.
