Meditation is nothing more or less than being fully aware in the moment. In other words, being present in the now. Our thoughts are always there. However, you have a choice whether to let them guide you or to merely observe them. Meditation is not just sitting motionless. It is rather the challenge in our fast-paced Western world to experience the now during the many activities of daily life, to remain in the moment with everything we do and experience. Meditation is being aware of every action you do or leave, whatever action that may be.
