Face Yoga definitely requires daily discipline, but even a single session makes your face and whole being glow! In daily life we repeatedly use mostly unconscious facial expressions (frowning, looking surprised, etc.), thus working our muscles becoming stronger, creating lines and wrinkles as well. In addition, the longer we live, the looser our skin becomes, in part because our skull shrinks. Relaxation and training of our face results in a sharper jawline, more open eyes, less deep wrinkles, and an overall feeling of happiness.
